Project Management Engineer

Feladatok

• Develop and maintain project management standards, SOPs, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution.
  
• Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
  
• Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks, providing timely updates and proactively addressing potential issues.
  
• Facilitate effective collaboration across departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution.
  
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional cooperation.
  
• Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices across the organization.
  
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and handover support to operational teams and key users when required.
  

Elvárások

• 
  Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a dedicated PMO or project governance role.
  
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
  
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is strongly preferred.
  
• PMP certification is considered a strong advantage.
  
• Professional working proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage.
  
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
